The pump barely worked for me, honestly. It felt really underpowered, and I think this was preventable with better quality control or a stronger design

I wouldn’t be comfortable with my kids using this site. Some of it was just confusing and didn’t feel very kid-friendly. It could really use better filters or clearer warnings. Just didn’t feel safe to me.

I assumed this would be an easy fix for keeping my PICC dry, but it started leaking right away. Maybe it works better for some people, but it definitely didn’t work for me.

I’ve tried reaching out to Dry Corp a few times about my order and, once again, I’m just left waiting with no proper response. It’s getting tiring dealing with the same issue again. Customer service feels really slow, and when you actually need answers, they’re just not helpful. I wouldn’t use them again

I’ve used these before and they seemed to hold up better, but this time the seal failed quickly. Disappointing because I expected it to last longer.

I’m sure it probably made sense to someone, but I couldn’t figure out what I was supposed to do. I kept rereading the instructions and still felt lost, which was definitely not frustrating at all.

The box arrived a bit crushed, which wasn’t great to see, but thankfully everything inside was fine. I do think companies have a responsibility to pack orders with a bit more care, since people are trusting them to get items delivered safely. Hopefully they improve the packaging next time.

I ordered my usual size from drycorp.com and the fit was not even close, the shirt was super tight across my chest but then somehow loose around my waist so it just felt awkward the second I tried it on.

I did look at the size chart before ordering because I didn’t want to deal with guessing, so I really don’t think this was on me, the measurements just seem off or at least not accurate for how the shirt actually fits.

It’s annoying because I was expecting a normal everyday fit and instead now I have to go through the return process, which is a hassle, and I probably wouldn’t order from them again after this.

Well... the product itself was totally fine once it finally showed up, so I don’t really have any complaints there. But the shipping from drycorp.com was a lot slower than I expected, and the tracking barely changed for days, which got annoying.
I understand delays happen, but I wish they had been more upfront or kept me better updated. It wasn’t a terrible experience overall, but if you need something quickly, I’d definitely keep the slow shipping in mind.

I ordered this from Dry Corp because I needed something to keep my bandage dry in the shower, and it seemed straightforward. Like, simple enough, right? I read the instructions and put it on the way it said, but somehow water still worked its way in around the seal.

I tried messing with the fit a few times, tightening it, adjusting the angle, taking quicker showers... just whatever I could think of. But it kept happening. My bandage ended up damp anyway, which was basically the whole thing I was trying to avoid.

For what it cost, I was hoping it would be more reliable. Maybe it works better for other people or different situations, I don’t know. For me, though, it just didn’t really give me any confidence using it.
